1. Introduction

Welcome to hawkph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hawkph ("hawkph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hawkph.app and its associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hawkph platform – including but not limited to the live casino, slot games, bingo rooms, sports betting, and any promotional features – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on hawkph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hawkph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the hawkph platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

hawkph reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by hawkph may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the hawkph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your hawkph account. You must keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. hawkph will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hawkph immediately by contacting our support team. hawkph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

hawkph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

hawkph supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via a range of locally available payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the hawkph platform at the time of the transaction request. hawkph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• hawkph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider. hawkph targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within five (5) business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed significantly faster.
• hawkph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

hawkph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all hawkph promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hawkph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• hawkph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus fraud – will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the hawkph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

hawkph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the relevant game variant as displayed in the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, hawkph will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. hawkph's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out below.

Bets placed after the designated betting period has closed, or bets placed on events whose outcome is already known, are void and will be refunded. hawkph reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error or in circumstances that constitute a manifest error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hawkph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the hawkph platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with hawkph staff.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the hawkph platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hawkph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hawkph platform – including but not limited to the hawkph brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design – is the exclusive intellectual property of hawkph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hawkph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the hawkph platform without the prior written consent of hawkph.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

hawkph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the hawkph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hawkph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and hawkph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hawkph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hawkph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

hawkph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hawkph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hawkph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hawkph reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

12. Responsible Gaming

hawkph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

hawkph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your hawkph account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the hawkph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your hawkph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

hawkph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

Upon termination of your account by hawkph for cause, any real-money balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation. hawkph will notify you of the outcome of any such investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Amendments to These Terms

hawkph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hawkph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the hawkph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and hawkph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting hawkph's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

hawkph's decision on all matters relating to gameplay, bonus eligibility, account status, and these Terms shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
